A woman and man died after falling from Kasarani apartments while having S3x on the Balcony

Detectives are investigating yet another incident of a fatal fall from a highrise building in Kasarani area, Nairobi.

The fatal fall of Susan Ngima, 22, from the sixth floor of a residential house came two days after another one in the same area where a banker died in similar circumstances, police said.

Witnesses told police Susan jumped from the balcony of Royban Apartments on Monday, December 18 night and died instantly.

It is not clear if he died by suicide or was pushed off.

She was alone at the time of the incident, a caretaker told police.

She was rushed to Radiant Group of Hospitals where she was pronounced dead on arrival.

The motive was not immediately established.

On December 15, a similar incident happened where a banker Michael Habel Onyancha died after falling from the third floor of a building.

The family of Onyancha is questioning how he allegedly fell from the third-floor moments after partying with an identified woman.

CCTV footage captured Onyancha climbing the stairs of the apartment on the night of Friday, December 15.

The footage showed the 33-year-old banker having difficulties climbing the stairs in the company of a woman after a night-out party.

The CCTV footage captured the woman picking him up from downstairs and assisting him to climb up, and it also recorded the two entering the lady’s house.

Moments later, he allegedly fell and was pronounced dead at St. Francis Community Hospital, where he was rushed for treatment.

He crushed through a roof and past some iron bars before landing on the floor.

According to the witness, neighbours rushed to the scene to check on him, as he struggled to breathe. Friends who were with them said that the two left the club at 10.30pm.

CCTV footage shows that they arrived at the building at 11pm.

They used Onyancha’s vehicle to take him to St Francis Hospital in Kasarani where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

The body was then taken to the hospital’s mortuary.

On Monday, the director of homicide at the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) stopped the postmortem examination pending further investigations, the family said.

Police said they are also investigating the fatal fall of 23-year-old Blair Muthoni in the same area.

He fell to his death a few days ago after allegedly falling from the top of a residential building, and it was not established whether he harmed himself or was pushed.

A foreman at the adjacent building under construction where Muthomi fell said that on the morning when he found the body, he had opened the site for the constructors to continue working, but something odd happened. Police said they are investigating the incident.
