KPA CORRUPTION OF 3 BILLION KENYA SHILLINGS
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,
The Kenya Ports Authority has reached heights of immunity and corruption.
TENDER NO KPA/156/2023-24/TE -DESIGN MANUFACTURE, SUPPLY, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF TEN (10) FULLY BUILT RUBBER TYRED GANTRY CRANES (RTG).
There has been an ongoing tender for the supply of cranes which EACC started an investigation on the 23rd of April (Letter Attached).
Despite ongoing investigations, the Managing director went ahead and awarded the tender to the said company 2 DAYS later ( Letter of Award attached)
The investigation is still ongoing by EACC.
There is clear evidence that there is corruption and malpractice in this tender, yet they have been awarded the tender.
This is the height of corruption!
