Renowned city lawyer, Ahmednasir Abdulahi, has finally fileda petition at the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) seeking the removal of four Supreme Court Judges over bribery allegations in the Wajir gubernatorial petition.
The four Supreme Court Judges named in the petition are Mohamed K. Ibrahim, Jackton B. Ojwang, Smokin C. Wanjala and Njoki S. Ndung’u.
Ahmednasir who in social circles is known as grand mullah is accusing the four judges of gross misconduct following their decision to uphold the election of Wajir Governor Mohamed Abdi.

Ahmednasir in the petition alleges that the four Judges were bribed with Sh 50 million by Wajir Governor, Mohamed Abdi, to rule in his favour in a petition concluded last month.
